It's been good, 2012!

We hope everyone had a warm and loving holiday season! And that every gal got just the piece of jewelry she wanted :) It has been a whirlwind year here at Wendy Mink Jewelry...
here are some of our favorite highlights:

Trend Forecasting:

It is never too early to think about upcoming trends in the fashion world, which is why we love rounding up the upcoming styles that are soon to be so popular in the next season. Wendy's collections are always a mix of her own aesthetic, classic timeless styles, and on trend colors and designs- the perfect blend if you ask us! We love finding how trends are represented in Wendy's latest collections. Let's take a look back to some of our favorite seasonal trends  we rounded up from off the runways and fit perfectly with Wendy's jewelry:

New Collections:

But seriously... is there ever anything more exciting? Our favorite time of year is when Wendy unveils her latest designs. So much sparkle! So much color! So much we want! I love seeing what Wendy and head designer Lobsang dream up in our studio. It is fascinating how they find color combinations, create intricate detail and unique shapes, as well as timeless designs and statement pieces galore- the best of it all, really! Take a trip down memory lane with the previews of Wendy's collections in 2012:

Store Windows:

We will be the first to admit: we get a little carried away with our windows in the store. We love dreaming up different ways to display the gorgeous colors in Wendy's jewelry while decorating and getting in the spirit of the season. Here are some of our favorites:

March 2012- Fresh blooms

April 2012- big and bright!
May 2012- Feelin' Wild!
June 2012- I'd rather be at the beach!
September 2012- Thriller
December 2012- Holiday!

Wendy's Inspiration:

We love seeing where Wendy gets her inspiration. She has always been passionate about Victorian details, Indian colors and Peruvian filigrees- and it is amazing to see how she translates these interests in her own line. Take a look and see how Wendy get's the creative juices flowing and finds her inspiration:
