"Love Me" Knots

Greetings from the WMJ store! I thought I should feature these beauties since they get a little lost in all the other great Victorian jewelry we have in the store. These are Victorian "love knots" that were traditionally given on Valentine's Day. The love knot in jewelry has been around for hundreds of years and represents never ending love or two souls intertwined forever. If you're a sentimentalist and romantic like me you're probably swooning from the thought of receiving one of these......

On the love note, I wanted to feature one of our soon-to-be bride customers. A few weeks ago, Dana and her sister Kaylin hosted a jewelry bachelorette party here. Jewelry, cupcakes & champagne, who could ask for more?!

We had a blast with this wonderful group of women and can't wait to see the necklace Wendy designs for Dana!

Hi there-

First of all let us give a big old THANK YOU to all the ladies and gents who shopped our sample sale over the past weekend. Thursday was the first (and most packed) day and boy was it swarming, we were pleasantly surprised to see so many people in town and shopping as we'd never held a sale in July before, seems any time is a good time for great prices though right!?
Here's a couple of snapshots from the sale above. Cerena laid out a gorgeous 'ultra bargain' table which had tiny goodies starting as low as $2, it was such a fun table and many gifts were brought for nieces, daughters, sisters-in-law and so on! so thank you and we look forward to the next sale, maybe end of summer.....


Around the studio has been as busy as ever, trade show time approaches and with that comes Fall-Winter jewelry. It's quite lovely looking at all the smokies and darks in the showroom, there are some beautiful matte black onyx stones, quartz, carnelian, rubies....a little tribal in feel. here is a sneak peek at what we have in store for you this Fall, a smattering of new styles will be available shortly in the member's room (if you are not yet a member we highly recommend it!)
Another change coming (we think...) is making our vintage collection viewable for all, would you like to see it? Right now it's viewable only in the members room and we get so many queries about it we think it might be a little more fair to make it accessible to all....let us know what you think! Yes, it's hot, the middle of the summer and the perfect time for our Summer Sale! Come in next week and pick up lots of great finds while you cool off with us.

The sale commences Thursday, July 22nd and ends Sunday, July 25th. Here are the sale hours:

Thursday-Saturday: 12-7pm
Sunday: 12-6pm

We'll be adding new pieces daily, so it's best to come more than one day. Most of our pieces will be up to 70% off and some pieces are as low as $5.

Hello there! Part of the fun around here at Wendy Mink Headquarters is never quite knowing what you will find next! Imagine our delight when we came across a few amazing boxes of Wendy Mink earrings from the late 80's! Wendy herself was both pleased and a little freaked out by the discovery but we just love how these sweet earrings show Wendy's design direction and early love for the popular cluster style!
