The strangest thing about fashion is how
you are always constantly preparing for the next season- long before it hits!
Have you ever noticed how by August you can't shop for a bathing suit
and in March you won't find gloves available in any stores? It is crazy
to think of preparing for fall already (especially in today's NYC
100°!), but everywhere you turn there are "Fall Arrivals"! So, although
we just showed you guys some SUMMER arrivals, we will give you small
