As you may know, we are always getting new jewelry in the boutique. Whether it's a new summer collection, one of a kinds pieces, or vintage- our store is constantly changing. If you have been in the store in the past few months, you have probably noticed that is not all that is changing around!
You may have also noticed a woman running around our store on a ladder with a hammer in hand, putting in light bulbs and looking for more gold pins to use.
That, would be Marie.
Our merchandising connoisseur, Marie has gotten our boutique in tip-top shape by cleaning out displays and merchandising that didn't work and finding what does. She is the best at organizing jewelry by similarity, color story, and presenting it in a way that looks pretty darn beautiful, and as a result our displays have been rearranged and moved about to make it all the more easy for you to see the beautiful jewels.
Come by to see our changes at:

ReplyDeleteLOVE the new store interior and can't wait to drop in and see it!!! In response to the email newsletter, I would really like to see a few pairs of earrings for non-pierced ears added to your collection. unfortunately, i can no longer wear earrings for pierced ears but i am obsessed with your pieces!!! i'd be so excited to see them in your upcoming collection!
ReplyDeleteThe color on the walls is so pretty! I'm looking for a color like that for my daughter's new room. What did you use, if you don't mind me asking?
ReplyDeleteI would love to see more of Wendy's older styles. I still have a picture of a pair of earrings that I tore out of Mirabella magazine (I think it was that one!). I'll scan it for you!!

I have been a customer of Wendy Mink for a few years now via the online shop as I live on the other side of the country. I love the simplicity of some pieces and the more "funky" quality of others, but they are always elegant. I also love that they're not "cookie cutter" and I have unusual pieces that not too many other people have where I live. I would like to see maybe perhaps more things with a vintage flair to them. I shop for vintage jewelry too, but that can get hit or miss sometimes and with Wenky Mink, I know I'm getting good quality stuff!
ReplyDeleteDiana, I don't know about posting emails so everyone can see our addresses. Can you just click on our names and maybe be taken to our pages instead?
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of your jewelry especially the earrings and have collected quite a few over the last two years since I was so lucky to stroll in to your store on LES...right now I live back in Norway but would love to see more earrings that are at least 3 inches long and all the stone and colore options for the rings that you have available, also online...but i very much appreciate how accommodating and helpful your online people are...looking forward to more

wmj's foray into single-stoned bezel cocktail rings has been a long-awaited joy come true. while I love that the gold settings and overall structures of the rings present clean, precise lines, i would also love to see more "experimentation" in the future. Hammered gold rings or "molten" gold rings, where the metal seems to envelop the stones like magma pooling around a rock, would be even more dramatic. just a suggestion:)
ReplyDeleteThanks!

Hi, I follow your blog daily and love all your new styles and how the shop is turning out. If I had a wish it would be to see more of your designs on line, I am jealous of the people that are able to go in and see everything. If I weren't 1000 miles away......
